Veronika’s Scientific Background
Prior to joining Scailyte, Veronika investigated epigenetic pathways in human health and disease as Phd student at the Friederich Miescher Institute for Biomedical Research (FMI) in Basel.
After completing her Phd and an internship at Scailyte, Veronika decided to connect the theory of her research with applications within and beyond academia, working as a biomarker discovery scientist at Scailyte as well as pursuing an academic career as a postdoctoral research fellow, studying pathways of cancer epigenetics at Harvard Medical School Boston, USA.
Veronika earnet her Doctorate in Biochemistry from Masaryk University, Brno, Csechia.
